18k yellow gold hook earring with two baby Akoya pearls, each set with a 0.02 ct diamond. Each Akoya pearl is unique in shape and color, making each earring one-of-a-kind. The delicate milgrain surrounding the diamond is tactfully applied by hand. The pearls and diamonds sits right below your earlobe like little sparkly bells.
